I am a Midlands based coach, mentor and HR professional, specialising in workplace and career coaching.
Through tailored one to one coaching, I work in partnership with individuals at all stages of their career, supporting them to pursue and secure jobs and careers and opportunities that are right for them. I help my clients make the most of their talents and realise their potential in their working lives.
My coaching is accredited by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and I am qualified with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).
Navigating a career isn't easy
Whatever job we're in and whatever stage we're at in our working life, we can all experience career ups and down. We may have doubts about how we're doing and where we're going. We might question if we're in the right role or if we're making the most of the talent and potential we have.
- When things are going well we feel secure, confident and focused. We may be supported by a great line manager and feel reassured that our talent, skills and experience are being put to good use. We're going in the right direction, we have a plan, we're achieving results and we're motivated.
- However, when things are going less well or we're going through change or transition, we're at a crossroads in our working lives, lacking a sense of direction or purpose. We can feel insecure and uncertain, unclear what drives us or what we're good at anymore. We've lost our way and we're going nowhere.
